When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected. Orders placed before 2pm on working days are typically dispatched same day. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Do you deliver internationally?
We primarily deliver within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What's your returns policy?
If you're not happy with your order, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies. Please see our returns policy for full details.
