             The Heating system consists of two separate modules: Dryer and Curing Module. Each of them is powered by the Control Assembly and has different requirements to meet in terms of functionality:

             • Dryer Module: Responsible for heating up the print zone to 40-55ºC while printing. The main objective is evaporating most of the water content of the ink and therefore, providing the right temperature for satisfactory print quality.
• Curing Module: Responsible for fixing the latex and therefore, providing the right temperature (80 - 120ºC) for satisfactory durability.

In addition to those main modules there is a Fan Array responsible for providing an airflow parallel to the media to reach a higher evaporation rate in the print zone. The airflow wipes away the vapors from the media surface, improving radiation efficiency.

Temperature too high on the Heat sink

Problem Description:
- Over temperature in the Heatsink. At least one of the thermal switches attached to the Petisa Triac Heaters has reached 90c.

Error Code: 14.08:00
No AC voltage in the Dryer Assembly

Problem Description:
- The firmware has detected that there is no AC voltage detected in the Dryer Assembly.
